Email info@nicecoder.com with "Mindset" in the subject. To help us answer quickly, include your Mindset version, whether you use it on Mac or iPhone, and your macOS or iOS version. If you're a subscriber, write from the email address you sign in with.

Do I need an account?

No. Mindset works without an account on one device, and your data stays on that device. You only sign in if you subscribe, so your data can sync between your Mac and iPhone.

What does the subscription add?

Sync between Mac and iPhone, and reports over longer periods. It costs USD 4.99 a month or USD 39.99 a year, with a two-week free trial for new subscribers. In some countries the App Store price is lower.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Follow Apple's guide to cancel a subscription from Apple. Your data stays on your devices after the subscription ends.

How is my hourly rate calculated?

Earnings minus expenses, divided by hours. The freelance rate counts client work, meetings and travel, finding work, and admin. The all-work rate adds the hours you spend on your own products. Health breaks and leisure count in neither.

For example, $2,000 earned from 40 hours of client work, plus 12 hours finding work, 6 hours of meetings and travel, and $60 of costs, gives a freelance rate of $1,940 over 58 hours: about $33 an hour.

Are the stretch routines medical advice?

No. They are general exercises for people who sit at a desk. If a movement hurts, stop, and ask a doctor or physiotherapist about pain that continues.

How do I delete my account?

Email info@nicecoder.com from the address you sign in with. Deleting your account removes your synced data from our server. It does not cancel your App Store subscription, so cancel that separately.
