About Nicecoder

PT. Nicecoder Solusi Digital is a software company in Surabaya, East Java, founded in 2024. We design, build, sell and support our own products.

What we make

We make web platforms and apps for specific devices. Today that means the web, the Mac and iPhone. We plan to publish for Windows and Android as well, and each new product gets its own page on this site.

• Indexu: Customer service in one workspace: live chat on every channel, AI agents that answer from your own knowledge base, a helpdesk with SLAs, and visual workflows.
• dbPlus: A native database client for the Mac. Browse, edit and query PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, SQLite and SQL Server, and see every change before it runs.
• Mindset: A Pomodoro timer with stretch breaks that also tracks time and money per project, so a freelancer can see what their work really earns per hour.

How we build

Each product has a free version, so you can try it on your own work before deciding to pay. Our Mac and iPhone apps are native apps written in Swift, and they work without an account.
