Once
you have IndexU™ properly installed, you can manage your content
through the easy to use, intuitive administrator control panel. First
you create the categories for your site. After that, you can add new
resources, whatever types you support, whether it is web links,
products, image galleries, student lists, etc. The new added resources
will be added and available through public pages.
Your
visitors can also contribute your website's content. They can submit
their resources to a specific category for inclusion either immediately
(depending on predetermined permissions you set up), or after review
and approval (by you or authorized editors)
You can assign editors to specific categories, and when there is a new
resource submission, they can review and approve or reject it. Your job
as an administrator will be much easier.
There're many things you can do with IndexU™, you can suspend a
resource, promote them as sponsored listing, or even search the web
using Google Web API. And that's only some of the features of IndexU™.
