To extract DMOZ database, you need 2 RDF/XML files that are provided by DMOZ.ORG. You can download them at http://rdf.dmoz.org. The 2 files are:

structures.rdf.u8: contains the category structure database (around 645MB)

content.rdf.u8g: contains the web links database (around 2GB)
