where can i find manual "how to build new templates"

i dont need to modify a templates i need to build new one from 0.

There is no template tutorial available. Most users simply start with one of the current templates and change them as needed.

The main items to change are header.html, footer.html, browse.html, detail.html and index.html. After those are done the majority of the pages will have your new look.

but in this case it is easy to build it from scratch, the template is simple and to modify template it is not so good, i think "how to build templates manual" is must needed.
