<rant>Making major formatting changes to a template is lots of work. Oh so many template files and I found it necessary to do lots of digging to determine what ones to edit (mostly when working on the control panel). Gotta be a way to make the task less painful.</rant>

I feel much better now but I haven't tackled trying to streamline some of the css files.

Not all templates need to be edited to change the look of a site. Many of them only contain code that is inside of html formatting.
