trying to modify my logo....need help

Hi everyone!
Back in 1999 I had the following as the logo for my site. I can't remember what I used to create it but would like to use the same font and style for my new VitiSearch text logo. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I must be getting old!

Are you familiar with usenet at all?

If you are, post a message to alt.binaries.fonts and ask for someone there to identify the font. You should have an answer within a few hours.

Even though you can find "legally challenged" fonts in that group, I've been asking there about font identification for years now. It's a great group of people that really know their stuff.
