paid help with sliding block

Is anyone interested in helping me fix this problem with the sliding block. I am using biz template and indexu 2.4 i will pay $20 with paypal.

I posted weeks ago for help, other than someone telling me i had the location incorrect, I cannot get any help on this problem.
It looks so bad and unprofessional, either get it working or delete it.
I am desperate, sorry for posting offering to pay, but I worked out that maybe this is the only way to get any help here???

yes it is a nice feature to have on the directory.

and i think it would be great to have one in the sidebar 1 for the advertising option.
