Loading New Templates - Required Settings

Three questions... and I browsed the threads to see if I could find an answer before posting this.

When I load a new template, do I need to do the CHMODs like I did for Kosmos?

Is Bluesmooth the template shown next to Kosmos on the templates page of nicecoder site?

Have all of the current templates been fixed to work with Opera, IE and FF? I saw a thread about Bluesmooth and didn't know if it applied to all templates.

Yes

You can see the IndexU demo site here http://www.linkpartnergold.com/ and change through the various themes. But to answer your question directly, yes that is bluesmooth.

I don't know about this one. I suspect not but don't quote me on that as I haven't tested them.
