A preview of the template for my next conversion project. Am adding some new items and when completely done each separate page will have its own 'tag line' (h1). I want to change the general layout and sidebar operation but am learning more. This evolved from portal_dir - am looking forward to building a totally unique one.

Wish I understood the smarty stuff better and what functions were available. I can't figure out how to grab the separate elements in the breadcrumb.. oh well.

Can I define new items in page_titles.php and grab them via $smarty.const.MY_VALUE without hosing something up?
