How to move design files to another new IndexU directory?

Hi,

I have the unlimited IndexU license. I just got a custom design file created for site#1 and want to copy over only the design files to another new IndexU directory (site#2). Both are running the same IndexU version.

What files should I move? Just move /themes folder and overwriting everything? Anything else I should do?
