changing color in cleandex

anyone can help me, i want put a background color in right side of cleandex style but i dont know where change. for example I need the block 'tell a friend' have a blue color. is possible? thank you

in styles.css you can change

.block_small_title
.block_small_content

changing the background color or the image will give you the changes you need.
