$15 for Indexu Commercial Template Pack!

I intended to release the commercial Indexu 3.1 template pack a few weeks ago but my work commitments have delayed the release time after time.

Therefore, I have decided to release it today as it is and the price will only be US$15 for the complete Indexu 3.1 template pack.

The template pack comes with an external css file, which makes it easy to control fonts etc.

Sorry for the delay. We are currently looking through some contractual agreements that might effect the distribution of the templates.

I will contact you (and others) as soon as we have finished the review of the agreements that we have in place.

Sorry for the late reply but we had a few contractual agreements to sort our in relation to the Indexu template pack.

The installation of the template pack is very easy.

You will have to change a few files due to the set-up of the Indexu portal software but we will advice you which ones.

I have included the terms and conditions that comes with the Template pack.

**TERMS AND CONDITIONS**

The license attached to your purchase entitles you the right to use the purchased Indexu template pack from us for both commercial and personal use.

However, this license does not afford you the right to redistribute and/or resell any of the items listed above for any purpose. Redistribution and reselling restrictions include, but are not limited to: attempting to resell the product you purchase or acquire through us, simply giving away any of the merchandise you purchase (i.e. your friends will have to purchase their own template pack), or any other method.

Additionally, you are not allowed to resell or give away any of the graphics used in the Indexu template pack purchased from us. By no means may these graphics be distributed or resold through or as part of any archive.

Also please be advised, that we reserve the right to modify or attach an addendum to this agreement at any time.

In relation to the template pack - I will send you a payment notice via paypal.

Please send me your nominated email address and I will forward you a paypal notice.

Once the payment has been verified I will send you the files as a zip file.

I am not sure what you are trying to achive by posting this message.

I have explained to you that this is the template that I am using for myhobart.com and the only reason why I decided to make it available to the Indexu community was due to all the complains about the existing default Indexu template.

You sent me an email last week which stated that you had a few problems with the template.

My reply was 'please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need any assistance with the template and I will help you'

Since I do not read this forum everyday it is better if you contact me via the pm system so that I can rectify whatever needs to be fixed.

You also have my private email address which is probably the best way to contact me.

yep, you should be scared of smarty templates. I've seen them and I do not like them.

I have enough trouble understanding PHP; I have no desire to learn another programming language. and that is exactly what SMARTY is - a programming language disguised as a template parser.

At least I had the good sense to make my enhanced template parser an optional feature of both my LinksCoder links program and my v3.2E Enhanced version of INDEXU.

smarty is actually very well thought out, i managed to get to grips with it in a few hours, but i admit it will take a few days to really understand it.

I wanted smarty, but i have gone to a point of no return with 3.2 so I will never be using a v4 if it ever arrives.
