mobi template update

now with mobi template, you can add / submitting new listing to your indexu application with mobile phone.

add new listing is only for free listing, so all payment method is disable.

here some change and instuction for mobi template :

update for mobi template
- added link menu for submitting free listing

indexu mobi setting :
- disabled ajax category
- disabled ajax rating
- disable all payment payment gateway
