How to download a template?

Ok, I paid my 69 bucks. I click download link and am taken to nicemember and after logging in the only option available is buy a membership.

How to download??

Go to nicemember and login on the left.

Then click on the link on the right hand side that says "Protected Area". You MAY need to login again.

Then click on download below any of the available templates or plugins.

You can also visit http://www.indexutemplates.com/order/protected/club/ directly.

I have the same problem, but after paying $ 69 through Paypal, do not allow us to log in from that URL indicated by Bruceper.

We have a unique number in the PayPal transaction, you could kindly help us?

Nobody can help me to be able to download the template that we purchased through paypal?

usually, we can download the product from client area.

Please login first to indexutemplates.com/order/

after you logged in, you will be redirected to client area.

In your order list there's a link "Protected area", just click it and .htaccess login will be prompted, enter your username and password, now you can download all templates from client area.
