Healthlife template Error

Hi,
I have installed a new website and when I try to change to HealthLife (premium template) template, I am getting the following warning messages. Seems template_modify.php file is missing. How to get this file? or how to resolve this issue?

I found the file template_modify.php but, I am not sure how to resolve the issue.

Hi, how about the other templates? Do you get the same error or not?

It is better if you contact our support department. Please also provide your ftp account. We will help you to fix this issue.
