I am still confused.

If I want to add sub in Training it should not have parent id 3 like below? Because it is 3rd deep category. Or as per my assumption it is after I have uploade all previous categories earlier and I want to add more later on?

38 3 Horse Training
39 3 Dog Training
40 3 Wife Training
41 3 Potty Training

The parentID is the parent category, In this case if you set the parent id to 3 then the categories you just lited would be subcategories of Equipment
