Download error

tried to download the trial version. clicked on the "add to cart" but it did not. the cart was empty.

From what I can see the demo file is there so it should work. I'll need to get Dody to look into that one because he knows phpaudit a lot more than I do.

Yes I tried to download, and I checked it out in phpaudit and it's there, and the file exists so it should be working. I've sent Dody an email about it.

Sorry... I was a little off on the main page site... Its not on the main page but if you go into Products or any other page, its on the left sidebar.

as it turns out the hyperlink does not show in one of my browsers (Avant - runs off IE) but does in the others (IE, FF and Opera).

I dont know about a 'published schedule' but I've seen it "online" lots of time. Infact, I think echo@ has posted that he got really good service once using it.

there are actually two different paths to a download link for the trial version. Only one link works.

The livehelp is online 5 days a week during the programmers business hours, which for North American users is evenings and nights.

However this is an issue for Dody to deal with, and he's already been notified.
