Indexu.po - Problem with special character

Hello !

I'm trying to translate IndexU through indexu.po and I have an issue with special characters (éèÃ*ù, etc).
If I put é in the file, I get a symbol.
If I put the HTML or the ISO code (é or & #233; ) they're not interpreted at all (I get é or & #233; )

The .po file is in utf-8 and so is IndexU configuration (Deluxe version).

So I don't know what is going wrong.
Has anyone a clue about this issue ?

The .po file is pure text file. It's better to be utf-8 format.

The problem might be the compiled version .mo file. If you compile it with windows, then you may not able to use it in linux, and the vice versa. So if you want to use for linux, you should compile the file under linux. If you have problem, you can send me the .po file, then I will email you back again with the .mo file.

It's weird because I've been using .po files before and I never had this problem. Anyway, I am sending you my .po file in private messages so that you can compile it with Linux. I'll then test it.
