I can't translate to Hebrew...

How can I to translate the .po to .mo file...
I used with the notepad I changed it but nothing changed in the site... I steel see English.

I tried to put the hebrew code instead the english(utf-8>>windows-1255)

the arabic topic doesn't help me...

OK..
I succeed!
all the problem is the header.html!!
I added a line:
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1255" />

and now it works.. I get error in the compile with poedit but it works! I see the hebrew..

ok... Now I have another problem... when I change the link of the rss (sidebar1.html) to rss from Israel... I see in the Block(I can see the English):

but the Title and the other works good, I can see the Hebrew lang... I tried to change "utf-8" from the files in the "rss" folder to windows-1255 but nothing changed...

If I change in the "header" from windows-1255 to utf-8 all the sites look like ???? except the English...

the standard format for indexu translation language is utf-8, you can set this from admin panel, go to menu option => setup find charset field.
if you use the other charset format, translation may display strange character. our translation system is use gettext and the standar charset format is utf-8.

please provide us the screenshoot, so we can see your detail errors.

Your host doesn't support UTF-8 or it doesn't support the locale command.
