hebrew translation not working

i compile the mo file under linux / windows and i get the same error.
the font just not correct!

Make sure the database is set for UTF-8 and the editor you used uses UTF-8.

Does the hebrew language use double byte characters? If so we are having issues with double byte translations. We're working on it and should have it fixed soon.
