indexu.mo file is compiled under linux, if you are using windows, you need to recompile it again.

It's entirely possible that you have not compiled the .po file

I again translate po file. I translate po file with poedit. I watch your video tuttorial. I create tr_TR directory in lang with LC_MESSAGES. I send po file and in ssh I create mo files. But it's not work. Why? I recieved blank page when I click Turkish Language. my site is INDEXU Deluxe - Link Management please help me

if you want to translate, you need to download the indexu.po file first, you can download the file here and rename it from indexu.po.txt to indexu.po, and please dont forget to download all require files (language codes and country codes).
