youtube video showing hits not working - please help!

i have uploaded a video of the hits not working on indexu deluxe, the tracklist appears not to be working and when you click on a site; visit it; then return back to the directory and do a refresh, you should see the hits increase by +1.

however, this is not the case. the links are not adding and the following piece of script is in the footer in the octo themes.

as soon as i can get some help i want to take it down from my account because i would prefer to use my youtube account for other personal things.

Just some basic questions to start off with....

- First, is 'trackclick.js.php' in the root of your theme folder?

- Can you look at your logs on the webserver and see if that points to where the problem might be?

- There has been times where the variable <%$tpl_base%> has been a problem. Others have had to put this statement in the header file of their theme:

<base href="http://www.<your_domain>.<tld>" />

- Has the tracklist ever worked on this site? There has been times in the past where the table in the database that holds this value has been 'null' and causes the tracks not to increase.

Let me know if any of these things work out for you or atleast gets us moving in the right direction

so it looks like the trackclick is fine, null is set to "no"

it was working before i upgraded.

Hi James have you ever click the link before?

Please try click the other links and see whether hit counts increase or not.
I think it's better if you tell me your website address so we can check at it.
