Talking about indexudirectory.com I tried to signup there to buy membership however there is a message saying:

Sorry, we are not accepting new members at the moment.

I e-mailed support to clarify this and here is the reply:

I'm sorry, the registration is suspended for now.
I do not have fixed schedule when the registration will open again, since I'm focusing to another business at the moment.

I spoke with Zubby a few months ago and he told me that his main job has been keeping him extremely busy. He didn't feel it was right to continue to allow people to sign up when he hasn't been able to create new mods / plugins.

Maybe he would be willing to make an exception if you e-mail him. He has a 'Contact Us' form on his website.
