Why there are some many files for download?

I bought IndexU Deluxe 1.1 today, and I found many files in download area. My question what are the following files used for?
2. cleandex_deluxe.zip
3. bluesmooth_deluxe.zip
4. worlddex_deluxe.zip
5. portaldex_deluxe.zip
6. blackjuice_deluxe.zip


By the way, the "Add to card" button on the following url has problem:

I have no idea why they refuse to do business on those pages. It took me some time to find a functional "Add to card" and bought the product. Never having such bad experience before.
