I cant really tell from just the screen shot link you posted. I'm sure its just either a screw up with phpAudit, or something else very simple.

Bruce wont be back until Monday. As soon as he returns, I'm sure he can get it straightened out. In the mean time, I would send an e-mail to support (at) nicecoder.com letting them know ( nicely ) that you unable to download IndexU.
