    Default where is my download

    I just upgraded my 5.4 version for $99 and can't find the download for the deluxe 1.xx versions.. where do I find it?? i thought the license was for lifetime upgrades anyway??? but i still paid $99 and now the new version doesn't show under my available downloads..

    No upgrade for a single license is $99, so I'm not sure what you've upgraded.

    As for where the download is, I can't help you unless I know your email address for the client area.

    You haven't purchased anything since June 11 2006 (at least with that email address).

    Oh wait, I see something now, and I swear to you it's GOT to be the strangest thing I've ever seen.

    From what it looks like, it appears that the invoice has been sitting for 3 years. There are no notes in the account, nothing. I can only assume that the account was created and then left unpaid until today.

    i think you need to correct this ASAP.. of course i paid or you wouldn't have given me a license back then.. I'm not going to look up a payment from 3 years ago. Either refund my money and I'll use another directory script or upgrade me to the newest version and let me know how much that costs.

    With no transaction ID or payment ID it's going to be hard to track down a payment made three years ago. I'll check, but I can't promise anything. This is another reason why people should always keep their receipts.

    I'll let you know what I find but it will take time.

    i'd liek my money back then ASAP or i'll contact paypal - this is ridiculous.. i own many websites and you're causing bad will with a web designer - how smart is that?

    So are you assuming you paid the first time with paypal? You paid yesterday via credit card.

    However if you want a refund, I'll gladly give you one.

    waiting 3 days for an upgrade to your product would make anyone mad, don't you think?? am i'm pretty sure i've been using indexu for longer than 3 years so i have no idea what that invoice was for.. In fact, i'm positive that it was over 4 years ago that i bought it and i have no idea how i paid for it.. but can't you check by email address? or name?? 3 days is a LONG time to wait in business.

    The invoice is dated 06-12-2006, so it's just over 2 1/2 years old. And it's only been around 36 hours since you posted this. That's a day and half, not 3 days.

    You still didn't confirm whether you think it was paid by paypal or credit card. This will mean it will take longer to search for it.

    And even 3 days is not a long time to wait considering your invoice is 2 1/2 years old. We're looking for it, and I'll let you know what we find. Due to the time you're not going to get this resolved for at least another 8-12 hours. It's 1:30AM here, and I'm going to bed soon.

    i found the paypal transaction - (Unique Transaction ID #4EN24202FP206953R) - dated 6/11/2006... now can i please get an upgraded download AND my $99 that i sent you 3 days ago.

    Registration Key Status: Pending

    That means it was never paid for. If the payment went through it would say Active.

    We still haven't found anything at this time. Why the delay? IF it was by paypal, during 2007 John Milton bought into Nicecoder and the paypal information was changed. We're having issues locating the payment data archive from before that.
