The text contained in it are:

Installed the latest version
apparently 1.3.3?

If you installed 1.3.3 and it came out as 1.3.2 then you downloaded it before the upload was fixed. Download it again and reinstall.
Note that there are bugfixes already for 1.3.3 so you should check out SVN. Do NOT use the SVN version, just use bugfix 1063
A javascript validator says the error is coming from jQuery. You can try to fix that up manally if you would like.

jQuery is a third party script, as far as I know we use it how it comes. So if it doesn't validate properly then we have no control over that.
No idea what the islock error is about, no one else has ever reported that before. Send in a support ticket for that one.
As for the version, I already informed you that to get the "real" 1.3.3 you need to download it again. There was an issue for the first 24 hours or so after 1.3.3 was released because it wasn't really 1.3.3.

Call to undefined function AddFilter() means you didn't run install/install.php
PHP Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "/home/users/zdroj/public_html/deluxe133/themes/generic.html means your server isn't passing on the full path to the script. This may be a configuration issue with your server, but it could also be a bug. Send in a support ticket for this one and we'll figure it out.

As for the server test script, just because it passes does not mean that it checks for every possible way a server can be configured. There are thousands of installations of IndexU that work perfectly fine.
