The visitor rating data may not exist. The simplex template was not made by Nicecoder so I have no idea if it's actually there or not.
Check and compare the code with the kosmos template or contact whoever wrote the simplex template.

It does exist in cleandex.
Just below the listing you should see a line that says
Average Visitor Rating:
0.00 (out of 5)
Number of ratings: 0 Votes
If the text exists but no image is there then you need to add base href to your header.html.

Yes, thank you Bruce. Did not realize that the latest version of indexu has a new method of rating, unlike the previous versions.
