Default Upgrade problem - Class 'clsIndexu' not found in /home/xxxxx/public_html/init.php

i upgraded from 5.4 to deluxe 1.3 today and am getting the error message:

Fatal error: Class 'clsIndexu' not found in /home/tyankee2/public_html/init.php on line 95

i get this error when trying to get to http://www.123findawebdesigner.com and http://www.123findawebdesigner.com/admin

please help as my site is down and i'd rather not reverse the process and back everything out.

    Thanks.

First make sure you really did upgrade all files by overwriting them in ascii mode.

Next make sure you run /install/install.php after uploading all files.

yes, the upgrade went perfectly.. then i tried to get into the site and got a lot of errors and found that they were because i had the wrong base path set in the application.php file that i moved over from my old install. the base path pointed to a subdirectory so i had to change it to the root where all the files are.. then i tried to get into the site and got this message above..

Your support tickets don't show your email address because the "reply to:" field is empty in your mail client. I need your email address to see why the invalid license is coming up.

I can only assume it's because our system "sees" that you have tried to install IndexU in two different locations. Try going into the client area, click on View beside your license, then click on Reissue License.

Now go back to your new upgrade and see what happens.

it says my old license is 'suspended' but the new license is 'active'.. i could not find where to re-issue.. but this must be the problem since, per your directions, i had to replace the new key.php file with my old one during the install???? it could be under REMOVED

I've set your license to reissued and removed your email addresses from your post to prevent spammers. Give it a shot now. If it doesn't work send me your FTP login and IndexU login to support by replying to the ticket that you have open.

woops - i should have tested it a bit more before saying it worked... the home page comes up and shows all of my links but if you click on a category you get an error message:

Error 404 - Page Not Found

The requested URL is not found on this server.

It should only do that if you are logged in, since I can't login I simply get redirected to the login page.

I set your license to reissued again, see if that fixes the issue for you logging in. If it doesn't, double check to make sure you're using the new key and not the old one.

it was the key that was causing the problem.. once i updated it, it worked fine.. i wetn back and checked your upgrade instructions and they do no say anything about updating a key, so you may want to update them.. thanks for all your help.
