Upgrade 5.4.1 to IndexU Deluxe - costs?

I have a 10 license deal for 5.4.1
I would like to know if it costs anything to upgrade to the latest IndexU Deluxe.

The support team on nicecoder.com never replies, so that is why I am asking here.

There is a fee to move to Deluxe. Its a yearly support / upgrade fee. I'm not sure what the yearly fee is for a 10 pack license, but I'm sure as of tomorrow when pungky or dody is back at work, they will respond with the pricing.

NiceCoder is off on the weekends and they are in Indonesia, so check the time difference. It might be that you e-mailed support after hours on a Friday night, and thats why they haven't returned your e-mail yet.

Can you post back here your support ticket number. It should be in the subject field of the e-mail you got when creating the ticket.

Upgrade for a single domain license owner: $35. For multiple domain owner, it will be maximum at $99.

For example:
- you own 1 single domain license, it will cost $35.
- you own 2 single domain license, it will cost $70.
- you own 5 single domain license, it will cost $99.
- you own 10 domain license, it will cost $99.
- you own 25 domain license, it will cost $99.
- you own unlimited domain license, it will cost $99.
