Unsubscribe Not Working

Hello,

Users can't unsubscribe from category update notifications. When you login to the account and click on the unsubscribe link, you are jumped to the category. The subscription is not deleted. When you go back to the account, it still shows the subscription.

Any suggestions?

Does anyone have any ideas about how to fix this? Even where the subscription info is stored in the database?

Have you tried upgrading to a higher version than 1.1??? I cant remember of users having an issue with this as of atleast 1.4, so it might have been a 1.1 issue.

Its always best to update to the latest version.

Normally what I do is this: ( thanks to Bruce for turning me on to this )

- Download WinMerge ( Free )
- Take your original template
- Download latest template

Have WinMerge compare the two templates to see what has changed in each file. WinMerge will even add the missing code in your old template if it finds any
