I know Dody was planning on getting a new SVN provider (that was 2 weeks ago) so I can only assume he has done it. I tried getting on to SVN this morning and noticed the same issue as you.
I've sent him an email to determine the issue.

Sorry for the late response, Dody replied back to my email last night and said it is apparently the SVN hosting companies issue.
It's not resolved at this point, so I'm not sure what's going on.

I thought you guys hosted your own SVN?!?!? Ohh well, I'm sure they will have it figured out soon

No we don't, there's a bit of a story to go with that but the point is, we don't.
Actually, SVN hosting is a total pain in the arse. I don't know if you've ever looked into it but if you ever do, you'll understand why there are a lot of companies that offer SVN hosting.
