Sitemap question

A whole new thing as I have never created one. Have never had problems getting indexed/crawled but maybe it is time to try this.

I ran the Sitemap Generator from admin which seemed to complete successfully. Went to big G, submitted and verified but now I haven't a clue which file or files to submit.

Your gonna wanna submit http://<your_directory>/sitemap/sitemap_index.xml

After you do that, give it time. It will take Google a little while to index your pages and start showing you data
