Related links error

Hi
I have just upgraded from 5.4.1 to Deluxe 1.1, now when I see a detail page, I get an error down where related links should appear, to see a link:

http://maktob.com/detail.php?linkid=28050

the error is:

Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "blocks/block.view_other_links.html" in /home/maktob/public_html/lib/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1088

Please help

block.view_other_links.html is missing, replace it

please redownload from admin area, i have fixed it.
