The file 404.html is missing, replace it with 404.html from the zip archive.

After that, read your apache error_log to see what it says about what is actually causing the errors.

You need to update your category paths and/or update your mod_rewrite settings.

You have mod_rewrite off right now but your links are using mod_rewrite. Update them and this will be fixed.
