    Default Problem with ID

    Hello,

There's a problem with the ID of sites in IndexU.

The search results in google display results which are not the sames in IndexU.

That give error results, when you search for someone with the ID 309, it gives you in real another url for the ID 309.

Can you show me an example?

The question I really have to ask though, is why would anyone try searching for a link ID at Google? That really makes no sense at all to me.

Of course, nobody will search for a link ID at Google.

In fact, my bad english don't permit me to explain more clearly, i'm going to send you a PM with examples.

    Thanks

    I understand now.

For clarification for others, the issue is that Google has incorrect data for a specific listing. As an example if you had a listing for youtube.com on your directory and the listing information was correct, Google shows data from a different listing on your site.

The issue here is Google, and I don't think there's anything you can do about it other than to rebuild your sitemap, and resubmit your sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools.

In Google Webmaster Tools simply delete the sitemap and tell them to fetch it again.

That should fix the issue on it's own.

To remove detail you would need to do a LOT of work, it's honeslty not worth it. You could simly remove the link but the sitemap is still generated with the detail URL's so that isn't a solution. You'd need to rewrite a few bits of code to remove detail.
