Those are unrelated issues, and that smarty error issue should be fixed in 1.31. Upgrade to 1.31 to resolve that issue.

What page(s) does the memory issue show up on?

Since it's not a regular issue I would suspect that you're on a shared server and someone else is using up available memory. You might need to talk to your host but I'd know more once I saw the exact message.

it is pop up windows "out of memory at liune 68" just like that, and i will talk to my host regarding this.


For the smarty error, what can I do ?? I am not entitled to upgrade to 1.31 due to my license and It looks like a technical issue.

A popup window? IndexU doesn't use popups for anything. Perhaps you can get a screenshot of this?

Yes the smarty issue is/was a bug. It's supposed to have been fixed in 1.31 but I just checked our project tools and it's still listed as open. We haven't been able to duplicate the error on our server but if memory serves me correctly this was fixed with the assistance of one of our customers.

We release new versions almost monthly, and upgrading allows you to get the new versions which include new features as well as bugfixes.

Acutely i will be happy when we get bugfixes for free separately from new features which may cost extra money.
