move from folder to subdomain

Hello,
my copy of indexu deluxe works on mysite.com/directory/
now I prefer to move into subdomain directory.mysite.com

I changed in Admin--> Setup the url of the site into the new url
then I created the subdomain and moved all files into
Now I see the indexu into subdomain but:
- cannot login to admin
- subdomain shows categories without friendly urls
- in the sidebar the categories still are mysite.com/directory/category1 etc (and don't works)

What options I have to change/to fix?

Check application.php to make sure the paths are correct, that will be the biggest issue.

After the paths are fixed update your category paths.
