By keeping each issue to it's own thread it's easier for everyone (myself and users) to keep track of a single issue, rather than get the issue confused with someone else's post.

I honestly don't know why people have to post "me too" replies. Yes the post is about one specific part of IndexU, but it's more than one person and more than one language, which means that users should post their own thread.
