major problem sending emails from admin to webmasters

now this is a huge problem, probably so huge that if someone is trying to manage thousands of emails and to communicate with them, they might wind up discovering that thousands of their emails to their members are not even being delivered because of a crippled email system.

For example, i emailed like 1500 webmasters today.

next thing i know, i go to my cpanel area and notice that their is a 500 email limit per hour which means that about 1,000 emails were not delivered and never even went past my domain name.

now this is a problem.

because first off, their is no way to regulate the amount of emails that you can send (i.e. like a timer or like 100 at a time or some sort of setting that you can use.), and then secondly, due to this, the mass of your members will never get their emails and your emails will never reach their destination.

so whats the solution to this, for as of right now you can't even communicate with your members as intended.

What do we all do? how is this resolved?
