When I click on upgrade a listing and then input listing id but do not remember password and click on request password, I get the error invalid turing number. However there is no captcha number to input before getting the error.

Thank for your report,
I think it's not in upgrade a listing but in update a listing menu.
I have added captcha input form to the send_pwd_link_form.html template file.
Below the attachment for updated template file.
