    Did you read the announcement regarding the licenses are changing? Did you agree, if so you have to go to your IndexU account control panel and get your new License number as they are changed.

    Default Any more ideas?

    I understand everyone is busy, but so am I. This is simple stuff here. I'd just like to know how to use the product I purchased. Especially since I followed the instructions to the tee.

    I'm not trying to be short, I'm just frustrated and need some help.

    What have you done, where did you actually type in that key, in the header?
    Just undo it,

    do to the UPLOAD folder and there is a file called "key.php" find it, open it and replace this;

    <? $license = "Enter your license key here..."; ?>
    with this;

    <? $license = "NFSD-b834*******8d031eff87eba7aa***********d15"; ?>
    Save it and upload it.

    By the way you shouldn't type in your license number on the forum like this.

    Any way I am sure Bruce will help you when he wakes up!

    Well, your frontend is almost working, so the key is correct;
    http://www.link-loop.com/

    Can you upload (FRESH) all the files again, and do the http://www.link-loop.com/install/install.php again.
    Some times it helps me

    Default fresh = delete?

    Do you mean delete the files on the server and start over?

    By the way have you changed the permissions to the correct 777, check the instruction, some of the files and folders have to be set to 777.

    No just override them with fresh unzipped files, the only file at this stage that you need to modify is the key.php

    Are you sure that you uploaded all of the files, it should work!

    Well now I can access admin and frontend but with some error

    http://link-loop.com/admin
    http://link-loop.com/index.php

    Just make sure all of the files have been uploaded!
