IndexU upgrade /installation

Hi IndexU support,

We paid for an installation/ upgrade on our existing indexu website few days ago and waiting for some one to contact to accomplish, opened up a support ticket couple of days ago requesting the same.

Could some one from IndexU support update us and send us PM?

almost 24 hrs on still waiting for some one to contact for installation / upgrade.

I honestly don't know who does the installs, but Budi (the lead indexu programmer) is off sick. You'll just have to be patient until someone does the install for you.
