How I change Page Title and keywords

In my site I found this

<title>INDEXU Deluxe - Link Management</title>
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf8" />
<meta name="keywords" content="link management" />


How I cahnge the Title to my site name and also keyword?

Where are you getting that from? That's not Deluxe code anywhere unless you're viewing the parsed source code.

Change page titles in the obviously named page_titles.php

Change meta keywords in each specific file such as header.html, index.html, browse.html detail.html etc etc etc ad naseum
