How to add a language in IndexU Deluxe

I need to add "or replace" a language (french), what'sthe easy and quick way to do it ?

Replace the French language file with another French language file?

First you'd need to get poedit, then convert english to french, then compile the language file and then upload it.

If you already have the language file, simply upload it in a directory such as /lang/fr_FR/LC_MESSAGES

There is no french language in IndexU, i want to add it.

I get poedit, how to compile the mo file ?
