hits are not counting (adding) upon clicking links

i have tried to click a few of the links and i have noticed that none of the hits are adding to their "hit" count.

please advise as this is a huge factor when it comes to potential clients and premium links and the likes.

Hi Mitchell, I think the problem is because you are using theme that does not display the hits. Just try to change to other themes and see what happens.

It seems you have modified the theme. You add target="_blank" to make link open in new window. I'm sure the issue that hit count does not increase is because of this factor.

Try to remove target=_blank and see what happen.

i did that pungky and it's still doing the same thing.

i actually have the open window set on another site and it works fine (link pops open in another window and still counts).

also, here is the php settings for the "hits" value if that helps.

i'm sure you can figure it out, dang i wish i could.
