Fetch Meta Tags not working,please advise

Recently I have changed my domain name with same hosting.
After the change, "Fetch Meta Tags" admin functionality is not working.
I have contacted hosting service and they enabled curl for my site. But still this is not working.
When I contact the hosting service again, they asking for the destination Port number.
Below is their response.
" In order to allow outgoing connections, we need to
make a change to the firewall. The only information we
need is the destination port to add to the firewall.
Please update this ticket with the requested information so
we can proceed. "

Please let me know the port number and any other suggestions to get it worked.

I would think it would be port 80. The Fetch Meta Tags is just going to the website and grabbing meta information from the page.

They added port 80. But still its not working. Is there any anything else need to be changed.

Is there any template change? It seems the ajax doesn't work.

Hi,

I have the same problem fetch meta tags isn't working after upgrade
to Deluxe 2.1

1. I checked curl its working
2. Checked PHP sockets its enabled

Ajax might not be working how do I check this??
