Try to remove the 1st line. It is the field's name not the valid data.

How do you import it? I removed the 1st line then use phpmyadmin. It work.

    Make sure you set:
    - CSV format
    - field delimiter is \t
    - line delimiter is \n

Try to use my modified movie3.txt

I do fresh install indexu, so there is no custom field. It is important, if you have custom field, then you have to add more columns in txt file as well.
