Edit Template

After installing IndexU (v6) a few days I have made a few minor modifications i.e. logo and css changes. I have attempted to progress but have encountered a number of issues. I have therefore re-installed and now have an unchanged installation. My concern is that when I am in the Edit Template (kosmos) area of my admin control panel and clicking on certain css and template files I am presented with the following message:
Warning: file_get_contents(/home/progambl/public_html/links/themes/kosmos/404.html) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/progambl/public_html/links/admin/template_modify_file.php on line 28

Is the warning message normal?

And now I think I know where those are coming from too. I believe those are files that Dody removed from IndexU Deluxe, but has not removed them from the editor.

I've notified him about this and will let him respond.

404.html is removed from template and we forgot to update the template data.
